➤ Mercury Methodological Guide addressed to the youth workers
The aim of the guide is to improve the individual competences of youth workers. The guide covers: introduction to post-traumatic growth theory, an academic literature review on PTG; 20 best drama-therapy practices to engage young people out of employment, analysis after interviews with 200 young people from partners countries and new set of entrepreneurship skills.

Tool-kit is addressed for youth workers, it includes educational material and practical exercises based on five different drama therapy methods to develop a new set of entrepreneurial and employability skills among young people who experienced traumatic events (including 25 practical drama therapy based exercises, from which at least 5 will be based on digital tools) tools)
➤ Recommendations for youth workers
This publication is a collection of practical advice on how to conduct training for young people, based on feedback and data collected during a pilot training with young people in Łódź, Poland. It is an attempt to listen to the voice of young people about how they see training that is supposed to support them after a traumatic experience and maintain their entrepreneurship and employability.
